How It Works

Step #1

Book a reservation online or call us to set up an appointment for pick up date, time, and location. During this process, you will also select the moving package that will best accommodate your items.

Step #2

When your storage concierge arrives, they will assist you with your personal belongings, which will be inventoried using RFID tags and photographed.

Step #3

Once the policy contract is signed, your items will be delivered to our secured storage warehouse.

Step #4

Additional items can be picked up or delivered to a destination upon your request. Example: Need a particular item that you have stored with us? Or need us to pick up an item at your location to have stored with the rest of your belongings? Make a request on our pick up and drop off page.

Step #5

When you're ready to close out your account, set the date you want your items to be delivered, and our concierge staff will simply come to the location of your preference and hand you your belongings.

*Customers must be present at all times for pickups and drop-offs.
