Our Story

The idea to provide on-demand storage came to Ebony Owens after recognizing the convenience the storage model would have for residents in the city of Boston. Mr. Owens with over ten years of storage experience and the with help of co-founder Deanne Rubinoff established Boston Concierge Storage in 2016. In 2021, Ebony Owens rebranded and founded Request Storage. Services were expanded throughout the northeast region to New York City and Providence, RI areas as well. With the success of BCS, Mr. Owens hopes to take on a bigger challenge that keeps providing storage services to our great cities.
